No, but it is interesting to see that Tuls is always pointing towards user error or instalation error, and not towards design flaws, not neccesarily in the twincharge kit but maybe in the motor, or small differences between cutomers cars.

Fair enough... and i do see your point. You can clearly see that in these posts...

however... i have had a few customers skrew instalations up on pulleys which is an incrediably reliable product. I have seen people skrew up the instalation of the alta short shifter and its not the products fault but the installers fault.

And as user fault... as i have said previously the tune is everything... with out a good tune... you should expect to loose your motor!

Yeah the car was tuned at the inhouse dyno at wheel2wheel. Soon it will be recieving a full standalone fuel management system! I agree with you that the tune makes the car. On our local sport comapct board there are stories of people blowing motors because their cars were improperly tuned!

So I guess it was an insult after all...

Yes I do have an financial interest and investment here at NAM, spending
Thousands of dollars yearly, for the opportunity of showing and selling our
Products.

Up to this point I have kept my silence about you and some other posters
Trying to position your self as manufacturers/ innovators. This is nothing new, and the story goes, you come, you go, and give nothing back to the community other then stirring up the waters.

If you have products to sell, and fantastic innovations to share, please
Spend the money with NAM get the right to sell them here and stop the insults.

To paraphrase BASF:

"jlm doesn't make the MINI, he makes the MINI better"

You are absolutly correct, alot of them will come and go. But, in my opinion, here is where you missed the point of that statement. With out this website or few others you would be one of those people! You need things lilke this to operate a business and survive. If a majority of you business did not stem from this website or similar ones I am pretty sure you would be a photographer or airline pilot or a "self proclaimed specialist" in some other field. This is your LIFE you need this to live, where as people like myself or Tuls this is our HOBBY we do this for fun and because it is exciting. I will be the first person to tell you that your "hobbies" are hardly profitable.

Now don't go and take this the wrong way as an attack on you or anything. The world needs dedicated people to do the aftermarket world so people can make it there hobby. I can guarantee with out you the MINI world would not be the same.

Well you know it takes a rocket scientist to operate one of those there internal retroencabulated gurgle springs...that must be why when it is "preset" from the factory I wouldn't adjust it...especially since Garrets Rocket Division set it....

I must be a Supra Owner at heart since my plan is to make a rediculous HP Mini...like Supra guys..."TURN UP THE BOOST!"

BOOST BOOST SWEET SWEET BOOST SWEET

FWIW, it doesn't matter whether a wastegate is internal or external. In both cases, there is a spring that holds the wastegate shut (depends on the design of the system but about 5 psi is typical). The wastegate actuator can hold the wastegate shut by means of a vacuum line that typically runs through a manual or electronic boost controller. In appearance and operation, it's actually pretty similar to the stock bypass valve in the MCS, although it's function is a bit different.

When you install a turbo kit (any turbo kit, any car), it is unwise to just slap the turbo on and hope for the best. The boost levels need to be checked and adjusted if necessary.
