It's not like any of the vendors give us a tech to install and make sure the intake is used correctly. They sell 'em with instructions (or not) for us to have our way with. Keeping them happy is probably a good thing, but it doesn't make finding out how the products work any easier.

I understand that not having the numbers for some may be a bit upsetting, but K&N was willing to enter it if it weren't for their busy schedule (SEMA is coming up and that is quite possibly the biggest day of the year for most tuning companies). I wouldnt say they suck since they have been helpful thus far.
This won't be the only test....so keep watching and eventually we will know EVERYTHING ....or atleast more than we know now
So there is a chance that the HAI will be tested, and the results could be shared here, but those results will not be included as a part of the TMMZ "article"? Where will this be "published"?
Most likely we will be able to test the HAI. We appreciate the offer from the R1 kid! I'll talk with him about the details. Once tested, I will let R1 kid post the results (as it is his contribution).

I run their filter! It's just dotting the i's and crossing the t's is more taxing than anyone ever anticipates (see the last grass roots effort at intake testing).
