According to both M7 and our currently-absent El Diabolito, the stock clutch disk can handle upwards of 300cHP. Now, a high strength pressure plate (Like the M7 pressure plate, contact me for details) is recommended at that horsepower to keep it all together. While you have the whole transmission down, you might as well do a flywheel and LSD
it'll really save on the labor!

I'm not sure you'll ever get numbers from a stock plate - other than "I use it and I have X torque and it holds".
By the way, my mistake; torque is of course the main specification for clutches, no need to explain. I should restate; according to El Diablolito's recent dyno's, he's using the stock clutch plate with 260ish wheel Lb-Ft.

Stage 1--235 lb/ft
Stage 2--280
3--315
4--315
5--490
Stage 3 sound about right without having a trigger clutch. Anyone experienced with Spec clutches?
From the few posts I've read about Spec clutches, the stage 3 is the highest you'd want to use on the street. The clutch slip is reduced enough so driving in traffic jams with the stage 3 isn't a pleasent experience.
I take it back...Stage 2 Kevlar is probably the better choice for the street...
(edit) Learned more about Spec clutches. Stage 3's puck style, while providing stronger clamping, will not last long under normal street driving requiring routine slippage. Stage 2, on the other hand, has high longevity due to it's Kevlar construction while providing close to standard clutch engagement "feel".
