M7 Device with GIAC

I got a M7 Device ( black tube with restrictor...thanks M7) that I never installed. If I am thinking about getting GIAC. Would it still be worth it to install the "device" as many posts say GIAC helps with yoyo & throttle response?

My MCS has 19% pully with Alta CAI.

Thanks in advance.

honestly - do the GIAC first...and if you still have yo-yo problems, then start playing with your bypass valve.

PM me your address (no SASE needed and your address won't be used for any marketing purposes  ) and I'll send you the M7 device that a kind forum member sent to me. Expect slower throttle response and no measurable improvement of any kind.

No Andy....

I landed everyone on the page where you'r findings where, as far as I can tell
you found no difference (expected) at all, but chose to state a fallacy about
the throttle response in this thread.....

Please re-read the thread. Find the post from Bradley99. Here's a link if you can't find it:

My testing showed no difference. Bradley99 had the ability to test the bypass valve with much finer precision.

BTW, where exactly is your testing data that showed the M7 Device did anything at all?

So, to summarize, my documented testing showed none of your claimed improvement. Bradley99's testing showed that your device caused the bypass to open slightly SLOWER. Yet, you haven't presented any data to back up your claims.

It's fine to criticize testing methods and results, but you don't seem to have any data of your own, do you?

I also tested using a variable restrictor. The more restriction the slower the valve movement. The slower the valve movement the slower the throttle response and the slower my car accelerated. Didn't test with the M7 device but that was the results from my testing that proved to me the "device" wasn't for me.

I'd be happy to send you my "M7 Device" if you'd like to test it.
