Help Guys, I need to find out where the rev counter wire is in the ecu or anywhere

Hi,

I am fitting an aftermarket tacho meter ( rev counter ). I cant find the rev counter wire from the ecu and u cant run a wire from the stock rev counter. I tired using the coil pulse wires the mini system is a twin pulse wire which cuts and cause the engine to run badly when u join a 1 wire from the rev counter to the two pulse wires. Is there any other way to get it working. Does anyone here have the ECU diagram.

The Engine Speed Sensor Signal wire is pin 54 (the ground for that is pin 73), though it comes from the transmision rpm sensor so I'm not sure if it is engine rpm or tranny output rpm, you can test that though. I also use a converter that connects to the coil pack instead of cutting into your ecu harness area. I have it available, just send me an e-mail. dan@piloracing.com

Depenting on what you are looking for, that looks like a rusable solution for getting a Tachomoter signal.

It is obvious that you wanted to show me that there was a mistake on the site. So just say it, no need to be sarcastic.

My advice is to stick to copying and pasting text from eBay ads for Megan Racing products. No sense in reinventing the wheel when it comes to text for your website.

First, I sell 2 megan racing brand products, Second, The other 94 items on my site have been writtn by me, stop being a pain, and add something to this conversation, or just keep quiet, You have totally gone off topic to Wahwah's topic. Why post when you don't have useful information, or do you like trying to add more posts to your overwhelming post ammount?

I already added to the topic, giving a recommendation for wahwah to buy the product from your website! I even used your exact words and the spelling from your website. What more could you ask for?

BTW, which of your two products are from Megan Racing? Is the short shifter one of them?
