4 Exhaust Tips?!

I went to Target today to pick up a present for my grandma and as I pulled into the parking structure there was a yellow Cooper S with not 2 but 4 exhaust tips! They were all OEM tips but they were placed weird.... 2 in the center like a normal S, one on the right like a Cooper, and ANOTHER on the left. The trim around the tips all looked OEM. As I left target they were leaving so I didnt get a chance to ask what the f*** it was (2 older ladies so I really dont think it was aftermarket ) Has anyone seen this before and if so, do you know what it is?

Maybe they just welded the extra tips on for looks, and sawsall the trim, sounds ghetto. You say they were two old women driving it?

Yes. The tips were definetely functional. You could tell by the sound of the car.

Why would you have four tips?
i would have two or two in one or two on both sides, but why like that?

Maybe they have too much heart burn in that MINI need extra gas release!
