F55 Muffler delete question

The exhaust options for the F55 sadly are quite limited. I loved my Awe Tuning race version exhaust on my F56 JCW, thought it was perfect, quiet on cruise, loud and fun every other time. Sadly they said they aren't going to make one for the F55 Mini. Would a muffler delete be about the same thing? Awe tuning's race was basically a huge resonator and exhaust tips. Anyone tried this and is their droning noise at cruise etc? Watching youtube videos never seem to do exhaust justice. Muffler options I know of are Dinan's at $560, NM's at $1200 and Quicksilver at $900.

Remus and Magnaflow also make F55 exhausts. Way Motor Works has them:

We just did another Remus exhaust with the flap and it again proves it's the best exh for the F55 F56 you can't go wrong with it.

Pass on the Magnaflow. After a few hundred miles the muffler got
“Broken in” the drone is getting unbearable.

I think this is the one I'll probably order. Never tried it before, only had quicksilver and Awe tuning so far on my minis, nor seen it, but it sounds good on youtube.

Remus! It's the best exhaust I have ever bought for any car. Here is my write-up and sound clip - https://myredmini.com/remus-sport-exhaust/

Its definitely pricey but you wont regret one second of it

Sounds great on your car, I'll be pulling the trigger on this exhaust soon, just need a bit more OT. Glad to be working OT now on the 4th of July!
