Anyone getting line noise causing the gauge to show false flow readings?

Same here. Supposedly the flow sensor wire should be routed away from any of the other wires. Also the neg battery cable gives off noise.

I did at first, but I rotated the c-clip and now I have zero noise on the flow gauge.

C-Clip , clipped from the top, with the wire tucked away from the Neg, battery cable....works like a charm.

I rotated the c clip and then got no flow at all.
Then rotated again and just get random noise.
Idk what to do

If you unclip it and still get noise it is from the cars wires. I moved mine around and still get noise. Might have to look at re-routing wire.
Anyone else have a pics of their current settings?

With the countryman, the plastic piece that we attach the FAV to is slightly different. So you went above the plastic piece then down and back towards the passenger side to route through the hole in the firewall by the battery?

The routing of the neg battery cable seems to be different also.

Running 100% meth. Didn't really notice IATs going down. Maybe I need to run water also?
Reading off a ScanGauge

It should drop as soon as it starts flowing (it might take a second to register on the gauge). What's the humidity?
What's you max flow rate?
You did install the jet before the T-MAP sensor?
FWIW I haven't seen much difference between 80% and 100% mixes.

How much does your drop?
Jet is connected before sensor on hard pipe.
Not sure the humidity or mad flow rate since my c-clip is getting noise.

Mine will drop up to 30F below ambient (hot days, low humidity). But in high humidity it might only drop 10F below ambient.
Are temps increasing when in boost as if you're not spraying at all?
To measure max flow rate you need to spray into a bottle when in SYS mode for 1 minute. What jet are you using? What restrictor are you using?
You really need to measure how much your max spray rate is, especially with your tune.

Thanks for the help.
Yes the temps are going up a bit.
Will have to measure max flow rate when I get home from work.
Sorry I am an amateur at this. I bought the HFS-4 kit here on the forums.
Already had the jet and everything hooked up. So I just did a straight install.
Jet says 1 bar on it.

The restrictor would be in the fav if you put it in. They come desperately. Jeff suggested leaving them out as it is just another area that can clog.

Jeff said it was ok like that but I might try and get it horizontal since I need to get the flow sensor wire in a better place.

Did you but the set up new? What is the controller set on? Taking a pic of that and posting it might help.

The jet is in the hard pipe at the end of the elbow. If you take just the jet out, not the threaded adapter, there is a number on the bottom. I am running the 6.

Well temps are going down now.
But only like 4-5 degrees below ambient.
