Look at Howerton Engineering. They make car-specific AM kits. I have installed several kits for the R53--they are complete, high-quality, and Jeff Howerton is very good with customer service.
I'd be in for the Howerton also. They have done a group buy before, maybe 6 months ago. I think it was more then $100 off. Maybe they would do it again with another group.
ITs all in what you want. With a water injection kit i see it as a time consuming thing to install and if your going to do the job right you might as well start with the best so you're not doing the job twice when you now feel the need to upgrade.
An intake can be installed in an hour, this cannot. Do it once and do it right has always been my moto!

I dont want to wait that long and it's only a $100.00 off..
Didn't you start the thread saying you wanted to Aquamist W/M GB? But if time wasn't an issue (waiting), you'd still be getting $100 off, right? Not sure how that changes things if its still 100$ off.. then it sounds you don't like the GB price, then why look to start a gb? confused, lol.
Side note, I love my Howerton Engineering Aquamist HFS3 kit. It couldn't be more tailored to our specific car. From nozzles to jets to fittings to the tank, to the w/m control box, it really is set up specifically for our cars.
So for the same price you're getting a better kit... I don't see you're point.
I don't think it's the same price. I believe when I checked the Group Buy is the for a non mini specific model and doesn't include the tank. The tank in the mini specific version is something like $249.99. I could be wrong...
