Any way to make factory JCW exhaust louder?

I've already pulled the resonator off of the exhaust, but that really didn't make much difference. Any other way to make the JCW exhaust on my 03' MCS a little louder? Not annoying...just so that I can actually hear it...it's WAY to quiet!!

Thanks!

Yep...drill holes. Are not enough people looking at you, or what? I think the thing I like most about my Mini is that it doesn't draw a ton of stares, nor is it viewed as a ricer usually is.

For that matter, you could just take your exhaust off and ship it to me! I'll certainly cover shipping. Then just route a straight pipe out the side of the car, and be careful not to burn yourself on it when wearing shorts.

I know where you guys are coming from....and I assure you that NO, I'm not trying to make it sound like a ricer. It's just extremely quiet....quieter than any of the videos I've seen showing other JCW exhaust....heck, it's even quieter than most of the stock exhaust videos I've seen. I don't more attention, I just want to be able to hear it a little better when I'm driving it around. It's super quiet!

Thanks

Do you have the stock manifold ? as soon as I switched to the Mynes V2 I noticed a nice difference. Driving around town its nice but when you put your foot in it, that JCW exhaust comes alive.

I hear ya - the Works exhaust is pretty darned civil isn't it.

After many years I finally switched to a Borla Race exhaust, and no regrets.

But look at the upside - the JCW is still a lot louder than a Prius!

Kind regards,

Charlie

2nd the Header, (I prefer the Mynes V2 also) slightly louder until you open it up, and with the JCW exhaust it will be lower toned / throatier than your avg. "ricer", I have grown really fond of the way mine sounds, also considering your other posts it will also give you some of the added power your looking for.
