I'm curious to know if this is really a 9hp mod? Anyone hear of or have this?

It's just a D.I.Y. pipe for a "One Ball" mod, price & gains are both over inflated.

 

One ball mod can be done by a good mechanic, no parts needed by reuing the pipe from the part that was removed...it is about a $50 job....no parts needed...
Mostly about sound and weight...
Slight hp increas...maybe.

 

I already have the OBX header with Alta exhaust so I was wondering if this deleted anything? Thanks for the info!

 

Sorry....gotta laugh.
the part is to modify a STOCK exaust...to save the $$ of going aftermarket.
since any aftermarket exaust might add 5 or so hp....and oneballing a stock is maybe 2...
You could aff a stock exaust...oneball it, and loose a few...

Once they said it was for the one-ball mod i got it. when i originally saw this part i didn't realize that's what it was for
