Drivetrain Camshaft Re-Grind
Let’s not forget Larry at Endyn, the headwork was by his hand, and the plot characteristics have as much to do with quality of flow through the head, as what’s being facilitated by the cam and tune. And not to be left out, other contributors, Justin, Mr. & Mrs. Davis, April, Davis Equity staff, and Chase's girlfriend!
ooo and chris and jon for phone help
from tests and data shown on ns1 n ns2 cams of cos( didnt u see it jan? U were the one asking for it)....
and for the price it definitely showed it the power is definetly there..
Definitely more then the shcrick n (from hearsay) will give the newman a run for ite money

If all goes well .. I will test the Newman( cam of many names) / NS1 / NS2 against the 8* advanced stock cam next week. It will be in Fl. heat on a "Dyno-Jet" with an UN-TUNED 06. I will post the differances in HP and torque between the cams. Also , of course, the power will be more if you tune after the camshaft... however, I still have more mods to do before I get a Tune.

LOL... so what?
It will be in a 95+* Fl. heat, NO TUNE, cooling on the rad ONLY, and cool down time will be only the time it takes me to change out the cam ON the rollers!!It will give ME a good base line ( which I will share ) to work with, yes?? Then after a few more mods, I will search out MIKE and see what I can get with HIS tune!!
Like I mentioned.. should be next week...

well, ure assuming there JB....why would you do that?
Unless...you've done the test? still waiting on ure data wrt the NS cam...
All tests have shown that this cheaper option cam is as good (better?) as any cam out there...

rock on!
Two modified Coopers have received the NS1 treatment this week, no dynos for either yet. My impression of justintime’s Cooper after the install is great gains above 4.5k rpm, his car has a large diameter exhaust system that I “feel” may be a hindrance and could probably do better with smaller tubing, but his performance delta at higher rpm despite 100F + temps is something to be very pleased with. The other Cooper has modifications on the intake side as well as the exhaust end, that Cooper gained 4hp & 10lb-ft torque as measured by G-Tech, and the owner reports improvements with each run (as does Justin). His G-Tech graph shows a flat torque curve like those on previous NS dyno plots.
You are hilarious. If your stuff is the "best" you should have nothing to worry about right? And by your stuff I am talking about the newman cam
I have tried both cams. The newman AND the one currently on my car. I like them both but opted for the Ns1 because I think its better for me. If I had to pay the rediculous markup you charge on the newman cam though the choice between the newman and the Ns1 would have been a no brainer.
Hmm. 280 for the cam direct from Newman or 400 for the SAME newman cam shipped from California ,and I am sure WITHOUT a receipt as usual.

There I edited it. You must have dropped that insane price you quoted me on the phone before I bought my header. I think you told me 415 or 400. Good for you you for dropping the price
A few words about the NS2 cam, the performance design of this cam is narrowly focused, it is intended to make the most out of a highly modified head, intake & exhaust system, enhanced fueling capabilities, high rpm usage, and tune dedicated that configuration. Comparing an NS2 and NS1 on the same hardware & software configuration is missing the point. A dedicated tune for the NS2 cam is required to make the most of its capabilities more so than the NS1.
