Both seem similar.The Stratmosphere claims to be 2.75"..

Is this Exhaust Depot catback going to be 2.5" or 3" pipe?

 

I believe he offers it both ways

 

get the 2.5 there is no point for a 3inch on a mini cooper. Its only a 1.6 litre

 

I made a 3" already but im going to stop making it and ill be taking it off my website. If you an show me a 350whp dyno sheet then contact me and I will make you a 3" system. Also there is less clearance when you install a 3" and you have some rubbing issues at times.

Like i said, the first 5 peeps will get $100 of the system, so when you go to check out i will adjust the price on my end.

I have the prototype tips that were used as an example. They aren't the same tips that come with the catbacks. (I think). Actually, its the same exhaust system as in the pictures from post # 1.
Too bad it keeps raining down here making it impossible to install it. Hopefully it'll be a beautiful weekend so I could post some videos!

 

its been raining pretty hard over here by UCF too. it just stopped like 30 minutes ago.

oh yeah those are the same tips he used on the system he made on my car. when i get it, i'm getting the 3.5 inch dual wall tips like his old system has

 

is the R55 version also $500? The Exhaust Depot setup says both R56/R55. This would be a great deal for the R55.
