THis saturday I will be redoing the system. Im going to make it a flanged system vs a slip fit. Harder for me to make but then less likely of getting leaks ! It will also be easier to swap in and out the middle resonator.

Loooong day.

I changed the design ot he system a little. I went with a full flanged system vs a slip fit. Slip fit is easier for me to make but they are known for leaking so i said fogetboutit!

So far i did a really nice drive by with a rear mounted camera. Right now we removing the swappable resonator with the straight pipe to do a sound clip of that.

You will see pix of the master sample setup later on tonight or tomorrow morning.

Ok here are pix of the setup. Does anyone know how to remove wind noise out of a video? I took good video but the wind noise sucks. :(

I will be doing $600 for this full catback system with a removable center resonator. However the first 5 embassadors will be looking at a price tag of only $510 for this catback system.

Most of you will drive with the center reso off. Those of you who are on a short leash via the wife will most likely drive with the center resonator on.

Personally and im suprised but i actually thing it sounds awsome with the center resonator off! I have to see if i do a flyby with the camera at a stand still vs hanging on the car. Sweet!

OH yeah, these tips are nice 3"x3.5" dual tips with a slight slash to it.

well let me give you guys a quick review.

The sound - amazing. I'm running the set up without the resonator right now and it is perfect. Its louder than the stock JCW exhaust, but it is not overwhelming.
With the resonator in, the exhaust sounded quieter than without. Same jizz in my pants sound, just quieter.
Here's what some people said:
Jose : Holy ****! That sounds amazing!
Diego : That's one of the best exhausts i've ever heard. I then asked him if he thought it should be louder or quieter, and he said its perfect the way it is.

Having witnessed the entire making of the exhaust, i definitely recommend it. Hector does top notch work, no doubt about it.

For the record, Mr. Nadar is not married etc so he can get away with running with out the resonator in the middle.

With the reso in the middle the car at idle is mild but when you go WOT then it really wakes up and sounds nice.

With a downpipe it will sound louder vs a stock DP.

You make a good point. But with the convenience of this system, you can easily swap out the to non resonated pipe for the resonated one in probably fifteen minutes if it is too loud for the wifey. Or if wifey say's she can handle it, swap out the resonated for the non resonated.

Well I'm looking forward to being able to give my review and see if my wife approves of the no-resonator install

Well Dnader came by the shop today to put his stock system back on so that I can jig up my setup. He noticed that his with his JCW system on, his turbo spools much slower.
