Let me know what you think of the exhausts after you get them installed.
i'll have it installed tomorrow. orangecrush might have it installed on saturday. i'm stopping by the shop on saturday so he can hear my catback setup, and decide if wants to do that or get some custom work done.

i've had the exhaust installed on my car before and it sounded amazing. he made the prototype on my car and i kept it on for a few days just to make sure everything held up well. i didn't have the money to buy it at the time, but now i do.

The sound: perfect. on my JCW, it popped and burbled like crazy! everybody i showed it to went

i'll try to bring my camera to the shop tomorrow to take some pics of the four inch tips since i see some of you are interested.

any requests for videos: let me know!

Video and pictures would be great.

So I count 1 on the car, 1 on Friday and one going on Saturday at the shop.

I would love to have mine on my car, so I guess it is time to ping Hector for an update.

Getting anxious, impatient and envious.

lol i know you'll be there. but i'm not sure which setup you're going with. either some custom work on your JCW exhaust with a downpipe, or the ED magnaflow catback. at least thats what i know, could be wrong

My decision is going to be based on what your car sounds like.

Mark, that was mean.

I am happy with a nice cat-back with the new resonator delete, any time now.

I will send Hector a note, I noticed he check emails at night, sometimes.

I expect pictures, videos of the install and sound bytes.

HOLY CRAP!!!! I had to go get my earphones. I just got a chance to listen to it.

OMG, that is the best sounding exhaust I have EVER heard.

I LOVE IT!!!

So tell me again, what exactly was that... the whole enchilada? DP and full exhaust?

Thanks but the red is just fast looking, it's classic.

Last night I finished blacking out my belt moldings. Today I installed my intercooler. Once I get the exhaust, it's off to Kentucky I go for the RMW tune.

Do you have any more sound clips of that exhaust on your car? I know you didn't buy it at the time so I'm assuming that was it.

After that video clip, that's what I'm looking for.

That was just the catback without the optional resonator. No down pipe. Just sexy time!

Is that what you're getting again when you go back tomorrow?

Quick update, spent about 15hrs at work today, roughly an hour of that was farting around & installing the cat-back which arrived a day early. Clearly Fedex drop kicked the box clear across the country so I'll have to check with Hector on a few bits. It sounds really good with the windows down, but I am a bit concerned that the volume might not pass the wife test...
Currently running it without the first/center resonator ...
I probably won't have time for pictures or sound clips until next week.
Also mine was done w/ his 3.5" double wall slash cut tips, they stick out roughly 3/4" from the rear bumper.

Thanks,

Mark

If it doesn't pass then put the resonator in! That's why the exhaust has that option.

If I was married, I would say "my car, not yours."

I can verify that Hector checks his email at night, he gave me a call this morning (early ).

It looks like he will be shipping my cat-back next week. At least he knows I live.

Mark, I do expect some good pictures and details of what you finally get rigged up on your JCW.

DNadar, is yours on yet!
