As for the BBB you need to call them and ask what they do. I can tell the person who responded has no clue what the BBB really does or has NEVER owned a business. It was just one source I used to find out information and the quality of service. Even today I can not seem to find anywhere that RMW is a registered or licensed business. but then you do not have to be either if you are operating out of your home.
I own my own business and am very familiar with the BBB. My experience with the BBB is what led me to my make my statement. They hand out BBB stickers for your door & take complaint calls. That's it. They have no power or enforcement ability. Since they are a voluntary program they are basically selling an image to the general public. It's just as much of a marketing front as Zagat. While it's a nice resource for the general public it's still just a marketing image.
I'm curious who you expect RMW to be Registered & Licensed to?
