Danny im sure that this wasnt done just with a cooler change in many posts Jan spoke about other mods done to your vehicle however just like the rest of the RMW posts failure to mention or should I say negating to mention the Gintani aftercooler, Im sure theres tuning involved that power didnt come from just a cooler change and you know it. You notified Alex your car made the same power with the laminova cores as the cooler. So what is there to stir about?

I will be posting a 180+HP power pulls done to the same exact Mini we used in testing the only difference between 172hp run and 184 was ecu tuning. Also keep in mind theres no mods to this car once we install an underdrive pulley and our exhaust system well im sure we will be kissing the 200hp mark with boltons. Once our final Gintani CNC Head is finished power wont be our issue.

Thank you Danny for posting I will make sure to explain things more thoroughly.

Maybe you and Jan need to sit down and communicate as he posted on our thread different information.

Your right. The power didn't just come from changing the Gintani cooler to the Laminova cooler. He also changed from the Gintani header to the RMW header. He also changed from the Gintani exhaust to the RMW exhaust. He also changed from the Gintani pistons to RMW CP pistons. And yes, to the RMW head from his old ported head (don't know who made it).

Stir all these new items together along with Jans tuning and you get the 262WHP that Danny posted.

I don't think there is a problem with your cooler other then after a professional install it's over $4000.00 large.

It's just kind of bad to start your first thread off for your new (4 year old)product referencing Danny's car after all the hard work, time and money that Jan and Danny have put into it. Where were you when Danny was stuck at 200WHP with your cooler?

Just my $.02

Danny was no longer part of Gintani when he was so called stuck. He also stated he made 253 with our Cooler So where was the statement that I claimed any more than that number.

So far as his hard work I never contested that. I was simply stating the facts that were posted on NAM before we joined about our aftercooler system. If Jan and Danny have an issue with our presence now well.......

At Gintani we dont change our flavor of ice cream every month we have spent years developing a product that works. It takes companies years to develop quality products...... that whats set us apart from anyone else.

Thanks for the Welcome

looks good I know. Sorry my Iphone didn't do the work justice in your eye.

That crooked rotrex produced over 250whp at 7000 with the "stock" intercooler. That's about 50whp more then any Gintani built car to date.

But hey, with your shop, engineering degree, daddy's money and your 4 year old development of a product that produces 14hp average for over $4000.00

What can we say. You guys are the man. Welcome to NAM

I'm not surprised another pissing match started. Is there no mutual respect here? BUT I do love competition!

Competition benefits us all.

We play doubles ping pong at work every day and talk smack back and forth. If you loose you will here it all day. It's great. It makes you want get back to the table and play again.

Enough with this banter. As a member said above competition is fine but going after other vendors doesn't do anything to build a rapport with members of the site. The members will decide where and what they spend their money on. If this type of exchange continues the thread will be locked.
