Drivetrain twin charge
The problem I ran into is unless you are running their hardware, they dont like to get involved. I am still searching....will put more effort forward once I get the car back up and running and new engine/clutch broke-in...
I remember reading one thing that stuck out in my mind when it comes to twincharging....Many of the members that twincharge arn't afraid to get dirty when it comes to tweaking or fixing certain things in their twincharge systems. You have to think, if something goes wrong with your helix twincharge setup and you can't fix it with your own hands, you have a ways to go to get to Philly or CO to put it in the hands of the professionals.
That's the entire reason why I didnt go with their setup...not because it wasnt a good deal or well thought out, but that they had to install it leaving me clueless about their kit unless I reversed engineered it. So far I have done everything to my car and when something isnt working right, I know exactly what it is and have a pretty good idea on how to fix it. I have improved on the Alta kit 10 fold, but it still isnt good enuff for my likes, thus going turbo only and the only thing I am using of theirs is the turbo, which in reality isnt really "theirs" anyway...lol

What's your budget? It'd help to know what you're working with.

If I had a stock MINI and 10 grand to spend, I'd put the Cross Coilovers on (Just got them, they're insane), JCW Brakes, RMW Head+ Header/Exhaust, RMW Tune, a Pulley (You already have one), and save some more, then get the Rotrex kit when it comes out. You should have 2-3k left over after you're done, the rotrex is likely going to be 5+, so save a few more months
. The above should put you somewhere in the range of 230-250 whp (Depending on how strong your car was to begin with). Plenty to play with while you wait a few months
.

header and i always wanted an invidia, i have a GIAC tune (worth replacing?)
and whats these three things gonna cost?
Depends on how crazy you want to go. You can get an OBX header for under 200 and have an exhaust shop weld your stock cat on. I think there's a group buy on the invidia right now, I have no idea what the price is. I'll be selling mine too in the next few weeks (With the OBX header attached and my stock cat welded on), though i'd rather not ship it across the country if I don't have to.
The ride quality or the CROSS Coilovers is FAR better than stock. You don't necessarily have to lower the car that much. Most tunes are worthless without headwork, Jan has a special tune for his head (That GIAC Made), so ya I'd get that replaced if you end up getting a head.

Thinking Outside The Box...
...a lot of good points made here. Not taking anything away from the home team, have you looked at GT Tuning? They're based out of the UK, but all their parts are available mail order. They offer a serious array of tuning packages from 210 to 260bhp. And since we're talking turbos, take a look at the GTT 300 assembly - just don't fall in love until you've considered the exchange rate. Pepin will be donning the GTT230 bits for Christmas in preparation for Winged Warrior '08 - I'll get a thread going soon.
The GTT230 is a popular addition, and has been known to displace over 240whp in combo with a complete aftermarket exhaust. GT Tuning's numbers are mildly understated, as they conduct all their dyno testing through a third party, and only on certified equipment - no "MINI-specialized" dynamometers.
Looking forward...
