Some odd and end parts. Gintani is getting a new Dyno Dynamics installed within the next couple weeks, so as soon as that's done I'll get my tune.

Thanks! Yea the intake isn't intalled in that Pic, I have an old Webb intake or new DDM which ever you want to call it. (powder coated black of course)

hehe, already thought about it...I have a NX kit that I custom built for the mini and all wires including a RPM window switch I installed already, but I don't think I'm going to go that route anymore. So I'll probably sell it or keep in the the garage for another project down the road.

If you do plumb it in and you'll love the results , dump the rpm switch and get the NX/FJO controller, this is what we use and its the business

3" exhaust

Here are some pics of the 3" exhaust.

This 3" header is designed for TQ, not just max HP at high RPM

I hope you like it really loud Johan. I had a 3" and found it was way to loud and lost to much low end for me. It looks like the same exhaust/header that Danny (MiniCorsa) had. It was painfully loud.

Why did they put the bung right in the primary exiting the head?? That just seems like a small tube to put an O2 sensor in.

I know you have been waiting for the tune because they are getting a new dyno. I thought Jesse (ECU tuner) had his own shop with a dyno. Did he close his business to go to work for Gintani? What are they going to set the red line at?

I'm looking forward to your results. The tune should really pull it all together.

Can't be any loader ( ) than Sid's mini I was told many of times it was going to be loud though...But Gintani installed 2 resonators and a large muffler, so I'm hoping it's not going to be that bad.

The hole is for a EGT probe.

I'm not sure where the red-line is going to be at. The head and internal's will handle high RPM.

Thanks for looking!

Sorry dood! Gintani moved locations and gave me the option to tune it quick on someone elses dyno or wait a couple months until they installed their own dyno dynamics. Their new facility is 12,000 sqft. I wasn't in a hurry since I broke my leg and couldn't drive it anyway.
