The Unofficial MINI 1/4 Mile Time Database
I was using Shell Defenda 93 octanes, the problema I have that my car spin too much wheels on the track even with my 215/45 Toyo T1R, I am planning to go to a better track on the south of the island. I am also looking some Nitto NT01.
I am running between 18 and 20 psi with Alta pnp.
I am running between 18 and 20 psi with Alta pnp.
And it looks like with some drag radial tires, you'll be in the 13's easily.
Now I have remove the Alta pnp and installed the RMW tuning nad installing the jcw turbo.
Lets see whats gonna happend.
LOL can you shift with your left hand

I haven't updated it for a while, I will when i get 5 mins.
To acheive the times below we went back to the FX700 and installed some ABF performance driveshafts, which have lasted 40 passes so far.

Anyway I think my vid just gone up on You Tube showing GTT350T (1600cc, no Nitrous fitted) doing 60 to 130 in ? seconds should to most genuine people just about put an end to all this RR comparison theorys and using standing start figures to demonstrate engine performance.
Sometimes I wonder if you really read someones post before replying
regardless, if you just ran a 1/4mi then all speculation would really end

you spent 4hrs digging up a post and that's the best you can do?
yes... Paul......you are nearing the very bottom of the barrel but I heard Target has a special on straws right now
for the record it has already been run so I do practice what I preach

Thanks Bisch, This table hasn't been updated for quite a while I think there's a more up todate Mini table on MT.

Paul You saw that video... your not getting 330ft times cause when you make a drag strip out of a race track you don't have 330 and 1000ft sensors.
I thought it was a drag strip that they run as it is advertised on there web site.
I know Lee Childs in the UK can take his equipment where ever you want him to and you'll get 60 330 660 1000 1320.

Watch the video again... you'll see it was a start and finish with 60ft sensors...
After reading part way through this thread I will through my two cents in. First let me say kudos to all.
Elapsed time = the time to go the full length of the race track, one quarter of a mile.
Speed = The "average miles per hour" from half track to the end of the quarter mile, the last one eighth of a mile.
Maybe this helps some of you, maybe not.
Also the tire diameter if slightly taller on the driven wheels may give you a little faster "speed" at the "top end" of the track, but a taller tire may increase 0-60 e.t. So added horsepower and torque is needed to get them moving. To get better timing slips some of you can try different tire diameters and widths and compounds.
