OctaneGuy's Plastic Trim Sauce--almost there!
Thanks guys. If you want to know your order status, just check when you ordered. I shipped all the orders up until May 1 yesterday. I hope to be able to finish up till May 7 today.
Ken was the first person to order here on NAM fwiw, and he's saving his bottle.
As far as supply and demand goes, don't forget I lost a week at the Dragon, and another just trying to catch up recover from it.
As for Skuzzy, I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately that is a tactic I've heard too frequently, and I've been burnt by manufacturers that I've supported who turned around and competed with me one too many times.. I will get caught up soon.

Not at all. I ran a small business for years that did really well, until one day the big guys took notice and thought I was doing too well and they gave away everything I offered for free until I had no customers left. Seven years of my life and my life savings gone. I learned a very important lesson. If you cannot patent it, then dunt(tm) even think about starting a business yourself.
So I am all about supporting the small business.

Dunt(tm) sweat it OG. I can use my other product until yours arrives.
You will have another customer as soon I get mine. My neighbor across the street has a Jeep and the black plastic on it needs help. I plan on sneaking over and doing part of it. He'll be placing an order soon after.

While I can't say for sure it will work, you might want to use a dedicated vinyl rubber cleaner first like Meguiar's #39 Heavy Duty Vinyl Rubber cleaner. Or have you tried rubbing alcohol??
There are mild cleaners in my product that are intended to remove wax and polish residue, not rubber transfer. It easily removed cosmoline from the trim on GP at the Dragon as well. So you just gotta try it.
Black WoW isn't a one size fits all do everything product. It has it's intended purpose. It might work, but even if it doesn't for removing rubber transfer, it will still make your trim look fantastic.

I probably will try it, just thought it was worth asking. Really, my wife just needs to stop hitting cones
I'll try some of the suggestions you mentioned, and probably order some in a bit anyways, cuz although her trim still looks nice, we want to keep it looking that way. . .

Black WoW is "da bomb"! It'll make all girls fawn over your MINI about how sexy it looks. They will say--"There is something different about it, I can't quite put my finger on it, but it looks HAWWT". Of course it's the fact your arches look blacker and better than ever before. And when you show them the cool trick of pouring some water on it, and say "Check how it beads water...it's sweeet". They will want some too for their rides.
Get some from the NAM store.

That's correct. As soon as I make the label and pack the order, I change the status to Completed. That's your notification that it's on its way.
Teresa, I made sure your order was shipped in yesterdays batch, but I forgot to mark your order as complete. It's on its way--takes 2 to 3 days to arrive.
mine shipped
YeeeeeHaw - my Black WOW arrived today!!!!
I've been so anxious to get it, even though I'd already been treated to an application at AMVIV so my trim already looks great
. But there were a couple of spots that had been missed and they stuck out like a sore thumb with the rest looking so good. No more
!
I've been so loving this stuff... After 8 weeks (and weekly washings) my trim still looks fantastic and beads water like crazy. The only thing I've noticed is that I do have one very small area where the wax is showing up again - but not all the places I had wax, so perhaps it wasn't 'cleaned' as well there?
Anyway, did want to mention that I haven't had any problems at all with the dust issue ImagoX spoke of, BUT I did notice something odd when I was applying it to my husband's old beater truck... as I was applying I could actually hear the static, and again as I was wiping 'dry' (maybe because we're in the arid SW?). So I wiped with a wet paper towel to see if that would help - no static sounds anymore.
So his trashed trim will be the perfect test - for the dust and Black Wow. It's a 12 yr old beater work truck, has always been parked in the hot AZ sun, and spends days on a dirt lot contsruction site. I just did a small part since it was already dark, so I'll have a good side-by-side comparison when he gets home tomorrow and will report back then.
Thanks Richard!!

Hi UsCoops!
I don't recall if we reapplied Black WoW after polishing the paint. I remember spending time doing the BW before I did any work on it, but if you see a spot, most likely it was due to missing it because there isn't anything in the product that would mask existing residue. In fact, if you put BW over a wax spot, you will still see it there--it won't disappear, until you rub it several times, will you start to see it fade before finally disappearing.
I look forward to the results on your hubby's truck! It does seem that results will improve after the first wash.
I will be making a little online video available to clarify how the product is applied (for others).
