2Miniacs, that looks awesome. What kind of epoxy did you go with? I am going to do my 500 SF garage this spring and I really want to do teh painted epoxy. My last place I did the Rustoleum stuff and while it looked great, it eventually peeled at the tire spots in spite of me wearing myself out cleaning the floor with their cleaner, so I want to just pay a pro to do it right.
Did they shot blast the floor prior to doing it or just use a stronger acid?
Lee, thanks The name of the company that did mine was Epoxy Flooring Specialist (www.epoxyjax.com) It's a five step process after they sand the floor. Prime, epoxy, poly paint, blow in the flakes, and then clear over the top. No peeling problems after a year and a half....so it was money well spent to me. Good luck on yours!
I just ripped down my old cabinets and cubby system (these were here when I purchased the house) repainted and rehung them. I also repainted my work bench.
Stage two will be a total repaint of walls and ceiling and then I will determine what to do with the floor.
I think the ultimate detailing cart would have one of these revolving dispensers welded to it and have it modified to dispense detailing products.
Wonder if you could take ceiling the oil dispensers that the quicky lube places have and adapt it to detailing products? Of course the annual refilling might be a PITA I could see it being extremely useful esp. if oyu can detail in the garage and could use them to sray QD and synthetic waxes.
np! makes a world of difference. and the remote's battery will
last a long long time.

I hope so, I only have three bulbs in the garage right now...and its a three car. I have been tempted to change the bulbs from 65watt to more, but i havent been told how it would affect the wiring or the fictures...the standard sockets in the ceiling, not enclosed.
Plus I can take these with me when I hopefully get the new house.

here's wat im running in my wider 2 car garage:
5 floursent lamps on the walls 66w(?) each = ~330w
5 floursent bulbs 23w each = 115w (brightness of 500w incandesent)
3 incandecent wall lamps 25w = 75w
i can run my oil heater at 1300w? without tripping the breaker... my breaker
trips when i go in excess of 2000w.
