I know this is not your first MINI. But now is a good time to go over the rules.
1. Once the papers are signed and you sit in YOUR MINI, please do not forgit to breath. Fainting is bad for one's immage. It is really not the best way to introduce your self to the new baby.
2. Take lots and lots of pictures. Make sure the camera has new batteries and a empty memory card (lots of film for some)
3. Did you remember to pack that special CD? The sound system sounds better with song to play.
4. The waiting is not over yet. Yes it is true. DO not over rev that motor. I know you will want to blow the doors off every BRG/S MC you see but not yet.

... I'm still jealous...

Sally, today at the Tate breakfast, I threatened Rick (the sales manager) by telling him that he was going to accept my MINI as a trade in for $14k so I could buy my own JCW, or else. He asked, "or else what?". I answered "or else I call Marina!!"

Hope you're having fun, and to see it soon!!

YEAH Sally! HOORAY! Can't wait to see her. Happy Motoring, which is an understatement.

I am sure you didn't faint because you probably were sitting there breathing really deeply saying things like....This is my MINI? I can't believe she is here! HOLY CRAP THIS IS MY MINI!!!

We shall miss MIA, but are looking forward to after your break in period, so you can dust Those Other MINIs (Like MINE!!!)

Nice and you can see those special DPSM speakers.

Always nice to see fellow MINIACs helping others.

I *did* mention that I'm jealous, right?

I love the pillows, too! Nice touch! How'd you do the JCW logo?

Remember, if you need help installing any of the interior dohickeys, feel free to ask!
(Edit: Oh yeah, if you want, bring the dohickeys with you to the BBQ!)

JCW logos were printed out of my computer and ironed on....
(made a t-shirt to match)

I will bring my interior dohickeys tomorrow. Ive got an interesting dilema with the DPSM and the parcel shelf...
Im hoping with all the help, we can solve it.
Also, I will need a torque wrench to make sure the strut brace is on well.

I have been driving stick since I was 18. Would be more than happy to provide some lessons. Driving a stick shift MINI is actually pretty easy. Was just teaching one of my girl friends recently and she did quite well.

Call me crazy or congratulate me....I just placed an order for a new Mia MINI during the Towson breakfast.

Im SO excited!!!! The new improved Mia2 will be an AB/AB JCW MCS. Other options are still being determined due to the fact that Im still unsure of what my final financial situation will be at time of delivery.

I may not know how to drive stick well, but Im gonna learn now!!!

(anyone want to volunteer to give me a few more stick shift lessons?)

Some of the other DCMMers have been teaching her to drive stick while she waited to take delivery, she's basically an old pro now .
