Volunteer Lunch

WHAT: Lunch Fixed menu -it'll be less than $15.00/person
WHEN: SUNDAY NOV. 6 12:30 PM

WHO: Any new and old(?) DCMM members who want to positively contribute to the club.
R.S.V.P. no later that NOV. 4th.
As the new president of DCMM, I would like to see more members involved with the nut&bolts of the club.
While the social events, including the Dragon, are a ton of fun and a great way for members to socialize, it takes a lot of hard work for these events to come off as well as they do.
Up til now, most of the work has been done by a very few, dedicated volunteers...all of whom have my undying appreciation.
My goal is to try to get members involved in these processes as well. I would also like to update the web site, and need help in that dept.
I would like to see lots of folks show up for this. This is an opportunity to put your individual skills to work for the benefit of DC Metro MINIS.

I need help !!!
I cannot make the mtg on the 6th !! Dang, I am in Italy 
however, I need to recruit a volunteer to help me with quasi-members (people who sign up but don't send their dues ) This person will send an e-mail to see if they are really interested and if so where to send the dues. This task should take about 2 hours per month or so. We don't need to meet as all communications will be thru e-mail.
During the mtg. please see if you can identify one person for this task.

Great! Thanks for the offer. I know squat about web site stuff, so I'll need all the help I can get.
