Hi all. I've been pretty busy but I've registered with DCMM a couple weeks ago. I have an 02 mini cooper s. i tried making the social at the tortilla factory but I got lost. i've only been in the metro area a year but haven't ventured far from the downtown area. i live in bryans road md. ummm guess thats it. I also wanted to see if you got my dues for this year. TTYL!

Just picked up an '04 MCS from a guy in Vienna who had purchased essentially the same car with a couple more factory options and needed to get rid of this one.

I love this thing and plan on modifying the yin yang out of it. I am coming from a Honda Insight (*yawn*), but before that very modified BMWs including an M6, a 325is, and various 2002s and 1600s (which engendered my love for small cars).

I live off Davis Ford Road in Manassas so if you see me, say hi! I drive from Manassas to DC every day.

Very TRUE! Evans Ford is nice but too short. And Moore Dr. off the parkway towards Liberia Ave. is nice! lol Yes those darn deer in the roads, I've had several and a couple even right in our front yard!

I'm a prud owner of a 03 MCS (Drk silver/white top, bonnet stripes, and wheels). I bought mine over Thanksgiving weekend when I went home. I had been looking for a new car for a few months. Basically I ran into a deal at the Mini dealership that was too good to walk away from. I test drove it and that made the decision for me. So, I flew home for T-giving, found this deal, and drove back to DC on Saturday in a really nice Mini.

The car drove great for 670 miles. And I promptly joined the DC Mini club. I'm getting up to speed quickly on Minis. I absolutely love my car. I thought I was crazy about how much I love it, but have found myself in good company here!

Hello all,

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is David and I own a DS/W w/ white stripes, Web-spoke, MCS '05. I live in DC proper and work in McLean, VA. You may have seen me around the city on the weekends, or traveling 66 and the GW Parkway during the week. DC tags read "LTSMOTR".

I tried to join DC Metro Minis once before, but never followed up on paying the dues (slightly embarrassed). But now here I am.

I took delivery of my MINI in late May of this year from Tate. I've been wanting to post for a little while here, but dealing with short work deadlines during the holidays and fighting my second cold in a row, it hasn't been my top priority as of late.

Unfortunately I can't make the event this weekend in Annapolis, but I do plan to see you all at the next Tate breakfast. Later!
