I went to B&BII last April in the b/f's Miata! I'm sure no one really remembers me from that, though

That was when i KNEW i was going to get a MINI. It took me a year, but i sure enough got one

 

ok, well I wasn't @ that meeting. So I'll have to hope to see the bus and driver at a get together soon

 

"Bus driver" doesn't sound very sexy.

I might not go to many MD events... atleast not anytime soon.

Hello Everyone!

I bought my 2004 Mini Cooper S 3 weeks ago and I LOVE her (named her Lola)! I just joined DCMM yesterday; my dues are in the mail. I am also in the process of trying to figure out a cute personalized license plate to get for Lola so if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I'm in the same boat for the custom plates. What things are you interested in? Or do you want the plates having to do with your MINI? Maybe that way we can help you with that :smile:

 

I would prefer a plate that has something to do with a Mini. I even went so far as to look up all words begining / ending with "mini". I did see a funny one the other day "XXS BMW" but obviously that one is taken.

What's funny is they won't let me get BUMPASS on my plate, even though i live there

I mailed about a dozen new member welcome packets yesterday. This clears most of the June new members

I have all the remaining packets ready to go. Its about four bag fulls, so as I get time this week I will bring them to work with me and mail them from Georgetown. All new members signed up to July 25 should have their new member packets no later than August 8!

Driver's side (cause I'm stuck on traffic and you are passing me)
Rear Window (You came up on me, or I just went by you)

... maybe a pizza delivery sign strapped to the roof with DCMetroMini's on it?

Just recieved my kit with my MINI Mints yesterday. I too have the dilema of where to put the sticker at, but first, Estrella needs to be washed and waxed and taken care of first. Maybe if the rain would stop!
