Well, hypothetically speaking, if YOU were to move to the DC area, and join DCMM I know you''d be welcomed with open arms. Though perhaps ONE particular existing member might be understandably more then 'welcoming"

Alas, while Philipina is more than happy to do things 'I like' as I do for her and hence will surely be on DCMM runs with me, I must sadly report she herself drives a.... SUV!
On a postive note, she would like any one of several 60's muscle cars. So she does have some automotive taste!

Members are from all over the DC Metro area including Virginia and Maryland. We have monthly Meet and Greets that alternate between Va and Md Mini dealerships. Hopefully this helps some and when you move up here please join us at one of our events.

New DCMM Member (owner)
Looking desperately for ways to get my Mini fix 10 days after I sold my 2003 BRG Cooper and X days before I take possession of my 09 HC Clubman S. My Clubbie arrived in NJ on 2/6 and <groan>still no official pick-up date from Mini of Sterling </groan>.
Resorting to spending too much time on the NAM site and now (fortuitously) "joining" the DCMM.

im not a member of dc metro club yet, but i figured id say hi. ive been on the forum a few months and just poked into this section.
i live in springfield va and work in fairfax. i drive a 02 MCS, silver with black roof, aero kit, and painted arches.
i'd be interested in meet ups with local MINI enthusiasts.
