Say hi to new arrival coming Friday?

Gallery shows my new (to me) 06 MCS cabrio (under 700 miles on it) with full JCW and endless JCW swag on a truck supposed to be here Friday. We may make the Sterling breakfast. Yet unnamed. Naughy little vehicle.

If its on a truck set to be at the dealer Friday, it probably won't be availible for pick-up until Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. Depending on what options you ordered, some may be dealer installed, and will push back your delivery date.

As a newly topless member, let me say WELCOME! to your new baby! Can't wait to see it
Now maybe I will have to go to Sterling for a little bit and go to sleep late! (I work nights)

It was a private purchase and a private shipper.

This car had an owner for 667 miles!!!!! Needed to get rid of it.

If I were you, I'd ask MoS if they could put a 'rush' on the prep work so you could pick it up on Saturday at the breakfast!

Enjoy the JCW, you're gonna love it!

*Sigh*.... You'd think after 10+ years in the Navy I would have learned "attention to detail" by now... ah well.

Enjoy the JCW-ness anyways!

Thanks for your welcoming comments.

I am really juiced about this bad critter. Will try to meet up or tell tales about it after I get my neck unsnapped from the first drive.

Postponed until tomorrow early morning. No biggee.

It is a very naughty car with absolutely every piece of JCW swag ever invented on the outside and inside. Like the seller literally bought it stock with very few doodads and added $12,000.00 of JCW parts. Wow.

Well, bear in mind that the JCW suspension is not officially available or supported for the convertible. That doesn't mean that nobody has ever bought and installed it... but the different spring rates, etc. that were released for it were all balanced for the hardtop.

Mind you, I don't care, I think that regardless of what JCW bits it has or doesn't have, another JCW in the club is still freaking cool!

Neglected to mention that it is all JCW minus the suspension.

You are correct sir. No JCW suspension on the cabrio.

Yeah Carlos was great. I had a good time talking to him and his kid about video games. I had a rather hard time deciding on what level tint to get. So, I ended up with 50%. Now, Im thinking I might go back and redo it with the more popular 35% hehehe

Don't fret on the tint. It can depend on how dark you want, how your car looks, if you worry about cops, 50% is legal for front windows n Va.
