MC 09' All Chromed White-Out?

So I have seen pictures of other MC owners who black out all Chromed parts on there MC & MCS and I was interested in doing the same but White (aka White Out). My MC is Oxygen Blue with White Bonnet Stripes, Boot Stipes and side door graphics(white) and hate the chrome. I was looking to turn the door handles, boot handle, chrome belt, emblems (front & back), etc. all white. My rims are white and roof and mirror caps are white and thought it look sweet. Does anyone got an idea on how to do this, how much, who can do it for me or prices? Its a new project and want to get as much info. as possible. THX

I blacked out most everything with black plastidip. Headlight/Taillight trim, grill trim, etc. You need some sort of tape to do the beltline. I have outmotoring's black tape but if you found something similar to electrical tape that would work. You can also order the parts from lylesvinylstyles. He makes most of what you need.

I did my own rings sand paper primer, plastic out door gloss black and gloss clear coat hardener. All the supplies you can get from your local Home Depot or try a auto parts store to see they might have some type of auto paint that will work too.... total cost of mine was about $30 but what was left after about 6 coats of the black and 3 coats of the clear gloss hardener was enough to do my joey mod as well..... if you dont mind doing it yourself that way, if you do it be sure to put some pics up

Do it all in body color! You'll get the cleanest look out of it for sure.

Yeah I know that's the point haha. It gives you a nice clean look. The one thing that always bothered me about the MINI is how broken up it looks. IMO, the people that have body colored light rings and grille surrounds have the best looking MINIs around.

Look up NAMer's like M3This, VicSkimmr (I think that's how it's spelled), and OrangeCrush.. and you'll see what I mean.

I would reccommend to do a White Plasti dip to test out the look. This is very easily reversed if you don't like the look. www.dipyourcar.com

I agree with this. Body color vinyl/paint is best, and will look cleaner and classier than plasti-dip.

Hmmm...well, I narrowed it down to wrapping/painting the chrome Gloss White, Gloss Black, or Carbon Fiber.

Only a side-on view, but Porthos did the headlight and taillight rings on his in white - I was thinking about doing the same.

Where do we get the Pepper White spray paint? I only found the touch up paint that you brush on.
