Free Classic Mini...
Nice MINI.
You're looking at for the Phoenix valley.
My family tells me I live in East LA since I'm so far out on the west side. Another five or ten miles and then nothing until good ol' Cali.

OOOOO!!!! Party at CarJoy's house - she has a big POOL! ('Ola is just sneaky about where HER house is so we can't party THERE.)
Alright, I can't even type without laughing!
I just did the Google Earth search for "that" and it came up with a marked place. (It also said something naughty... so don't go there if you can't handle it.) The most hilarious thing is that it was about 100 miles north of where I used to live!!! ROFL! (Obviously someone added it... as it's not the name of a real place... but to type it in and see that it was so close to where I actually lived is hysterical!! EBF- must be a "Maine" thing.

(But you already know them... so stop crying.
)
Well Freebies, I PM'd Snooter (Mr. MOTD) and he said go for it.
I'll start a thread in the MOTD 2009 part of the forum. If you have any ideas on how we should word things, I'd appreciate the help.

I've heard both EBF and BFE... I'm just not used to the initials...
WOW!!!

No sniper attack?
That reminds me... I also got post #5555! Who the hell's got the prizes?
COUGH 'EM UP!!!
Just kidding... having all my Freebie Friends is enough for me.

No, I'm sure you'll handle things quite well. Good luck!
**I meant call the Top Gear guy a pansy... just to clarify.

It's Bum f***ed Egypt. Also, note I am a west coast transplant. Learned that phrase from my dad in the corn fields of the Hoosier State.
V, I love you... but TN is BFE. Most of the population centers are um... like... nowhere near TN. The majority of America has to hit the back country roads in and around their community in an attempt to find twisties and bends. You're lucky. You already live there!

Actually RG, Love you too, but I'm not as BFE as you think- I believe that Nashville is within 600 miles of MOST of the major metro cities in the US. That translates to a 2 hour flight at most. It's 4.5 hours to fly direct from Nashville to San Diego... According to the chamber of commerce website demographics: Nashville is the largest metropolitan area in the central South. The Nashville Economic Market comprises 10 counties - Cheatham, Davidson, Dicksonn, Maury, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson, Wilson - and more than 1.7 million in population.
I was just all over the East Coast, and within 15 miles of most of the cities I was in, were some GREAT roads... It's just that on the East Coast, getting 15 miles from the city can take you over an hour... Unless you're either lucky or know alternate routes. I had to be careful in Philadelphia as I had the Thule roof box on, and really shouldn't be taking the twisties fast... (my center of gravity was off, I was top heavy).
Honey, I think you need to go explore. I'd look on the map for a stream or river and see if there's a road that follows it. I do have to admit that a lot of the roads out west that follows streams are often gravel or old wagon paths... Which is why we always take the Land Cruiser out west- that way we can go off road (with the land owner's permission) and go fish...

Of course, sweetie, the other option is to move back to BFE!

I think Snooter would laugh at you if you called HIM a pansy. but I do think, Hal, maybe calling Clarkson a British Wuss might get a reaction!
Tee hee hee!
(They make lady panties like this in the UK!)How about that he drives like a GIRL!?!??
Or something about his MOMMA!!!
HE CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!!!
I would though bring his statement about there not being any decent roads to drive in America. There are LOTS of good roads suited to the driving style of MINI owners. The only two states I can think of that I have personally driven in that have very few twisties/turnies is Florida and Kansas.
But I'll leave that to you alls discretion.
Here you go! Puppy pics. Last four were uploaded today... I think I have more on my camera but Bridge isn't wanting to import them for whatever reason. I'll have to grab those the old fashioned way.

DOG- LESS!!!!
The job is great so far, stress in a different way, no dog but always stress myself out "learning" the ropes. I am doing stuff I have never done before. I need more time to "get it".
BUT IT IS A GREAT PLACE AND LOVE THE WORK I'M DOING.
I have no doubt but hate the first 30 days of a new job. I only really had 3 jobs as a adult, until i got laid off, and always hate the newness. I think this is the job for me for a very long time to come!
Wonder if the person that was hired to replace me meet Cujo yet!
