GoMINI Magazine published a very nice article about AMVIV 2 in the July 2005 issue. I scanned the article to show off. Click any pic to see the full-sized scan. They print out quite nice on a colour laser.

Now I have to get that magazine. I found my car in three pictures. Nobody sells it for over two hundred miles in any direction from here . Anyone know if you can buy it online??? I gotta get one..................

I found the mag at 1 of the 4 Borders in Las Vegas. The other 3 (including the 1 across the road from the dealership) don't carry it. Tower Records also gets it apparently. The link for the mag is http://www.gomini.co.uk/ You can subscribe online, but I don't know if that will get you the July issue.
XSMini, your plate is prominently displayed. You need at least 1 copy of the magazine.

 

Hey Andrew,

Any chance you can buy one for me and drop it in the mail?? I haven't been able to locate it here. It's my understanding it mentions c3 and our Hofbrauhaus dinner.

I contacted GoMINI and they said they would send me a copy--but that was over a month ago, and I seriously doubt they are keeping their word.

Borders in Glendale carries Go MINI

 

I would Richard, but 3 weeks ago, I only left 1 copy at the Borders. One of the guys who attended our Mt Charleston run on Sunday said that he frequently gets it at that same Borders, and they don't have any.
I can mail you a real nice (colour laser) print of my scans though.

Yep, I downloaded the scans last night and printed them out--I just kinda wanted the actualy magazine if it were available. The last GoMINI magazine I found was at a newstand in Santa Monica--after searching all the magazines for like 20 minutes--hoping to find a copy. Guess I'll keep looking.

Got my copy of the July issue of GoMINI. Thanks Dave for the tip. There were 2 or 3 copies left--though one wasn't in pristine condition. Cool to see my Cooper in that blurry picture right next to Andrews MCS.

 

They Must have been in the room right above me! I have a parking lot shot just like that one!

I remember your car from the Hoover Dam parking lot. Nice pepper white. Star Wars decals.
We're planning AMVIV 3 already, but NASCAR are being pains and not releasing officially when they are racing in Vegas. We want to avoid all the idiots in trucks (and the jacked up prices) by avoiding the weekend they're here.
