We are starting to plan AMVIV III. We will be holding a planning meeting 6/22/05 at my office (Famingo & Pecos) and are open to everyone who wants to helps us make the 2006 event bigger and better than any so far.

 

we will be there in Spirit. Please keep us posted on the event, and we will be happy to bring another 15 or so MINIs next Spring.

Agro, good to see that you're beginning the planning for AMVIV-3! I will not make it to your meeting either, but would like to be kept in the loop, to help however possible.

Which hotel are you thinking of using as your headquarters? I liked the Palace Station, for its good location, great parking, and my Tower Room was very nice.

I think we've pretty much decided on going back to Palace, but don't hold me to that. The tower rooms were great, and they are doing a full refurbishment on the garden rooms between now and then, the location was fantastic for freeway access and views, and they treated us well.
Looking forward to seeing all of you guys here next time.

 

I won't be there either but will do anything I can to help. I stayed in the garden room and it was OK but the shower was small (which was not a big problem).

Good location, close (walking distance) to In-&-Out Burger (with a cigar shop between the two, CLOVER )

I'll be there just give me the time and dates.

I too am volunteering my services. I'll help anyone and anything if it is AMVIV III related. If you guys need webhosting, web programming, software programming, um... what else can I do, research, technical stuff, eating, whatever, I am here to help. just pm me.

Can you teach me PHP?
Mark Ferguson has graciously donated web-hosting space (note the "Powered by NAM" gif at the bottom of every page on AMVIV.com). I'm a programmer geek too, just never been exposed to PHP.
I'm sure you can help us out with the eating though.
The weather was unusual, however, it was the best weekend we'd had in Vegas this year up to that point. This year SHOULD be better, based on weather averages and such.
The dice? Well, can't do much about them. Someone has to pay for the neon, and it usually isn't locals.

 

I would like to announce that planning meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of each month at my office at 6pm. Anyone who is interested in helping out is welcome to attend.

 

How is the planning going. Some of us in NorCal are wondering if you have a date set. We would like to start planning as well to be sure we are there.

Yes, Agro! Have you got a link we can go to for AMVIV3 updates? Which dates have been chosen? The first two AMVIVs were so much fun, AMVIV3 is something I am really looking forward to, as well.
