As has been mentioned in a number of threads, there is actually no way of knowing that, bamatt. It would be good to figure out a way to get an actual MINI count, but I don't know how that will happen with folks staying all over the area, some going to events, some creating their own. Any suggestions, people?

Just say a number that sounds great, ie 440 MINIS and let others worry about proving you wrong.

perhaps next year, Mark can set up the registration to have a place to enter both the number of Mini's and people. Probably too late this year to get good number

Ahh my bad, I could have sworn I saw in some thread a count of +1's. Maybe I dreamed it . Maybe next year

I did that one time and you can easily do that too, but what that still doesn't give you is an accurate number. Because we don't know if +1 means spouse, boyfriend, gillfriend who drive in the car with them, or if that is another friend with a MINI who does not frequent NAM.
Additionally some folks frequent the boards here but only have or will show up with one MINI, but the each have registered under their respective screen names.
Plus you'll have renegade MINIs who feel this is a free country and they don't have to pay to drive a public road and thus will never register.
.

And in our case, my wife and I both registered under our NAM names, so that is 2 seperate registrations, with only one MINI.

Is it possible to have a sign in sheet on the event registration desk at Fontana? Because all participants have to come there don't they? Then hopefully we would have a sheet with a MINI/Mini count right? I hate it when I answer a question with questions, don't you?
