camera mount. You could probably stand in a bucket, take a series of
pictures, and then stitch them together but it wouldn't come out as nice.
It's also a real pain in the patootie to get the cars lined up right.

Just a reminder to all. Given the number of people coming to the event this year we need to tell all the new comers a few things.
1. DO Not go over the Yellow lines (you never know when a biker or other MINI is coming from the other direction at a rapid rate of speed).
2. Do not expect to fill up at the cross roads of time. Their bread and butter depends on the biker population. They will ration gas to cars. Cars have a gas gauge, bikes do not.
I post this not to dampen anyone joy or fun. The MINI and local Biker community are close and I would not like to see anything happen to the relationship.
I can't believe the number is over 500
!! that is SOOOO cool.

We too have the panoramic photo from the bottom of the damn, and my wife counted 147 Mini's and MINI'S, she thinks, she didn't have her glasses.
I guess we will bring ours to show folks. It would be nice to have another one. WOW 514 so far!!!!

I realize that it take the special equipment. It was more of a half hearted joke but I am half serious. We could get the truck, get high enough and use a super wide angle fish eye and get a really cool shot or 20.....
anyway again sorry for the hijack...
517???? that rocks! I hope we have at least 400 MINI's in that!

Does the saying "The more the merrier" mean anything here? Last year, there were about 350 "Registered" plus the drop-ins. I think it went rather well at all the events. The only problem was geting fuel at the Fontanna Village petrol station. Hopefully, the manager will have more tanker runs this year. The next petrol station is at the Deal's Gap place. The next one, I think is towards Robbinsville. Make sure to fill up at either place because I didn't see any going north on the Dragon and that is no where to go dry. Of course, there will be plenty of MINIs to help out getting some more go-juice.
