Any feedback or experience with Notto Hid conversions on a Countryman S All4?

Factory HID's have proper projector housings. Sticking bright blue bulbs into your Halogen housings is not the same. Don't waste your money.

You should have gotten factory Xenons. They are AWESOME (especially the adaptive ones!)

I know it's not much help telling you what you "should' have done, but it might help new purchasers get off the fence. I was in the market for a used CM, but xenon cars were hard to find. I researched retrofits (both self- and third-party-installed), but the most trustworthy and unbiased sources said 1) they're always illegal for on-road use; 2) they can be dangerous because of inadequate pattern control; and 3) their value is mostly cosmetic.
Good luck with your search, but I'd suggest taking your time making your decision.

I am planning to dive into the DDM Tuning HID kit in 6000k, I wonder if we need the "error correcting module"? On their website it says most of the BMW 3 series may get error codes, so it's recommended, but it doesnt list the MINI. Anybody got experience on this?
