Mine used to say "in transit". Apparently my MINI is moving backwards through time

Don't worry miniprof. Mine says that too when you call ASK-MINI. I know for a fact that mine is in the States. I'm not sure if its in Charleston or Orlando, but know its in the states. I spoke with a rep at ASK-MINI as well and they said that once the MINI gets on a boat, then they no longer track it and you can only get info from your dealer.

Surely your MINI didn't forget something in England and go back!

Woo hoo! Gratz! Good looking MINI (then again, they're kinda like babies, are there any bad looking ones?).

I get the feeling that our dealerships are one of a mere handful that regularly see people come in with cameras attached to pick up a car. I just can't see taking pics of me taking delivery of a Dodge pick up or Honda Accord.

 

I fully plan on sticking around on the Week 23 Support Group thread though after we have filled the list with delivered MINI's we might want to start a new thread.

Aside from having gone through all this with you there's actually a fairly logical reason as well. If there was any kind of issue with our production week, we'll all have the problem more than likely so we can compare notes.

Okay... logical schmogical, real reason I just wanna see how ya'll are doing with your cars and what you're doing to them.

Is there anyone here that had their vehicle on the ship named TORONTO which docked in Port Hueneme, Ca around 6/30/06...if so have you heard anything about the status of your MC??? Mine should have arrived on this ship, but the mini web site has it still en route to the VDC. Does anyone have a estimated pickup date. If so where do you live in relation to the VDC?

Hi. I may have been on the Toronto and have not heard anything either. The web site still says en route, and the phone line has changed back to "at the shipping port". Sorry, I really wish I could find out something as well.

Checking in after the long weekend, GREAT looking MINI's! Thanks for posting the pics! Congrats to all that have taken delivery. I hope everyone else hears good news soon. I was shocked by a phone call on Monday from my MA! Minitenango is at the DEALER!!!!!!! The only thing they have to do is put on the stripe, and I guess the stripe guy was out on Monday for the holiday. I am suppose to hear today when he can put it on and when I can take delivery!!!! Just waiting for the phone to ring..........

My MINI has been sittin at the dealer for a week and a couple days. I spoke with my MA today. The aero kit came back from paint. My MINI is getting sent out today to get the aero kit installed. Install will prolly happen tomorrow. So he says it's looking like fri or sat. I hope he's right. Cuz i'm goin crazy over here.
