Congrats, TooTall, Ageffen and Hartz. I didn't have time to post earlier so I threw up a picture and had to run back out the door. Can't get through the break-in period sitting inside. Without being too bad, I have noticed what I consider more torque feel on my 06 than my 03. It's the new gearing I guess as the car pulls good in all gears now. Now I just need to get use to looking down for the time instead of up.

I picked up "M" Monday night and took Tuesday off work to do a few mods. The MCSc now has chrome bits on the boot (hinges and strip over plate), parcel shelf and soon to be iPod as soon as they fix the wiring harness for the CD changer in the boot. What a nightmare getting to those connectors only to find out one was caught in the washer of a major bolt and it crushed them.

Congrats to all the other Week 37 Graduates.

Those webspokes do look nice. I was checking out a set at the dealer.

Woohoo, the OL has updated my status to "at the dealer" and an EDD of 10/9.

Will be picking mine up in 2 1/2 hours. Can't wait. Will be without bonnet stripes until they get them in.

Depressing. Went by the dealer today to see mine (came in Monday). Shoved off in one of their off-site storage yards with the other silver stripe cars, until the silver stripes come in. They're not gonna let us have them until then. Didn't even get to see it.

Got around to cleaning her up this weekend. Did the full blue Dawn, clay, wash, Z5, and Z2 thing. She looks nice, if I do say so myself. I also included a pic of the new English Leather seats. They're nice, but much more gray than I expected. I sort of thought Panther Black would be... well... black. Darker than they are, anyway. But I don't mind, I think it matches the Anthacite interior nicely.

For those still waiting... hang in there!

Got mine Friday afternoon. Still waiting for the bonnet stripes. Leased it from a local leasing company who got it from a dealer in Oklahoma. Leasing company is arranging for a local dealer to acquire and install the silver bonnet stripes. It's great. Never driven anything quite like this.
Pictures to come.

That's just wrong, TooTall.

That's clean, Hartz. I haven't had the time to clean mine yet, besides a quick wash. I've been busy adding an intake, exhaust and rear sway bar. I'm busy this weekend but as soon as I can, I'm breaking out the Zaino.

BTW, I to noticed the gray instead of panther black. The steering wheel is no where near the black that my 03 was.

Guess the panther is getting old and turning more gray? Happens to a lot of us...

Yeah SB, I don't know which is more wrong, my MA today saying it would be another 2 to 4 weeks for the stripes, or finding the dealer has my car (my VIN) listed today on AutoTrader.com

I'm not sure what to think about this, but mine is finally getting prepped at the dealer today (Halloween....oooooweeeeeeeeooooooooo). I'll probably pick it up later in the week, at this point the glow's kinda off the pumpkin.

Aw come on, TooTall, it's not the cars fault. Pick her up, take her for a drive, and I'm sure the glow will return. Don't blame the car because she got delivered to a bad dealer.

Seriously - hope everything works out. Best of luck!

Ok, got the car. It's supposed to be 'my' car, so I drove it from the dealer halfway home and switched with my wife. I saw her drive by the house once two hours ago... Will post pics if she gets home in daylight...

Don't worry, after the surgery at Mayo, I'll fit. Maybe not in a Lotus, but a MINI, no problem.
