Another FNG that has his first Mini
Well on the recommendation of a coworker and fellow mini owner, Ive joined this site. I bought my Mini on 12/27/17. It's a 08 "S" with 55k. It's BRG Metallic. I've had as much fun as can be expected for driving in the Northeast in the winter. and I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it does in the snow. I joined a different site when I first bought the Mini, but it was useless. Asked for help/advice and got a lot of views but 0 replies. I look forward to chatting with and helping others with all things "mini". Ive already found a possible solution for a window issue that just started in the forums here. Attached is a photo of my new ride.

Update, My passenger window would come down a tad on opening but not go back up after closing. I did the window reset procedure and it works normally again. So far I'm very impressed with this site! THANKS!!!

Congrats! Put some snow tires on it and it will do really good in the snow. Dedicated steel wheels and snow tires help. Easy to flip with the seasons. Thats what I do on my MINIs.

I'm interested in your tuning for the R56, I have the N14 engine, but that wont be this year.

Green with a black roof is a great look. My next MINI may be that exact color combo. I tend to prefer the black roof with the British Racing Green.
