Hope Catherine will be quickly given a clean bill of health and sent to your dealer for pick up, epeel!! Congrats on her arrival to Baltimore!

Tab, I will wait until the morning before swapping to unbuttered popcorn. I really thought the ww site would have the info accessible before the ship sails. Silly assumption.

So... I still have not heard back from my MA and when I called they said that my MCS passed QC and is awaiting shipment. I guess that means it was not loaded. What kind of mess is this? I just want my car to be on a ship that is coming to me... Is that too much to ask. By time my MCS gets here I will have pulled out all of my hair. I think I have figured out my cars name "Stressor."

No sign of her she's MIA! Someone call Chuck Norris

I have been trying to pass time as I am sure all of us here are. I keep checking the site hourly and singing "oh where, oh where has my mini gone oh where, oh where can she be?" I am becoming delirious my wife has all but given up on me and said she'll check in on me in the cuckoo house. What terrible is it's a 18hr stalking. At work I watch and refresh the screen. The first thing I do when I get home is login and check but alas no dice thus far. My VIN brings nothing but hopelessness when I hit enter.

Mdlyf, if only I were a better artist.... My cartoon about ordering a MINI would depict that exact cuckoo clock. MINI would be in place of bird surrounded by ring around the Rosie of prospective owners in states of disarray. One pulling hair out, one eating popcorn, one biting fingernails, one like the painting "Scream", one wearing a happy face, another pouting.

Haha

I have to say that about sums it up. I am sure we have every emotional state being expressed in this forum. I think I would be expressing denial. My girl was waiting for her ride on the 9th and I believe she did not make it on. I have this VIN # that I old on to like the winning lottery ticket and just as its in real life they call the numbers and I may have one # and then reality sets in. What makes it worse is my coworkers know that I am impatiently waiting and ask everyday about it heck one person place my picture of what she could look like on a milk carton this morning and it justs get more and more frustrating

The milk carton is funny. I wish I could stop checking, but I think I am addicted. Does anyone know of a psychologist that deals with Mini customers to help them deal with this addiction?

Addiction

I think I will have a better chance playing cards with a yeti, Sasquatch and a unicorn than getting anymore information.

I can't find my vin in any status on the WW track & trace.

Time for me to find a sleep aid. Neurotic checks on the WW site and OL are keeping me up too late.

Just me and my hot air popcorn sans salt and butter.

Update: per my MA, my car left Southampton on 7/13!!! Yep, that means its on. KLine rather than WW ship.

I called again today to check on the status and apparently Edgar was actually born on the 11th! Hopefully that means he'll be on his way home sooner! :D

Wahoo, jeffs2!! Just a few more hours...

And I contacted my MA today to make sure my car didn't go for a long drive off a short pier or anything silly, since it wasn't on one of yesterday's WW ships departing Southampton. Per MA: the car has been in transit since 7/13 (Friday the 13th). Based on ship schedules, that puts it on K-Lines "Floriday Highway", with an estimated arrival at a Georgia port of entry on 7/25. If all goes well - good weather, clear docks in Baltimore, etc.

So, to anyone else who was swapping to lower calorie munching food... your car just might have left with mine.

Edit to add: miniUSA owner's lounge is still showing a status of "Awaiting Transport". ASKMINI says it is In Transit.

So I spoke with my MA today he said that my MINI is "roughly 3 weeks away." What does that mean? He would not give me any more except that he will make sure that I get it as shortly after it docks. I need more info! What does his short message mean? Forget the popcorn, I am eating my nails.

My 7/13 Roadster (White Silver) is waiting for transportation to NJ. Can you elaborate on the drill bumper comment?

The dealer drills four holes thru your bumper to mount the oem front plate mount. If you don't want the holes you could go with a Craven or Alta mount. They move to the left side and don't block your inter cooler.

Ooooh, good reminder. My MA said that princeton usually doesn't drill the holes unless you ask them to. He mentioned that they have a tow-hook solution that I was going to investigate (and then never did, and probably wont until my first ticket). I will however remind them not to drill the holes the next time I talk to them.

Minibered, it sounds like you might be going on a k-line boat. With 1.5 weeks to cross the pond and another 1-2 weeks to clear customs/dealer, 3 weeks sounds like about the right amount of time once the ship sails.

Ask mini says mine is waiting at the port, but the 2w site has no record of it yet. Looks like hopefully she'll be on the 7/22 ship to Baltimore.

First post here! I've been a member for a few years with a 2010 Cooper S hardtop .... but my 2013 Cooper S Coupe is on its way on the Independence II. Black with the silver roof, JCW package, Recaro seats, Mini Connected with Nav, R112 wheels. Scheduled for arrival in Baltimore on 7.24.

Balitmore and it was born on the 4th of July!
Not sure what you are doing I just go to WW's web site and enter my vin in the box on the right side of the screen ( it has like 4 boxes) and it pops up all my shipping info.
