Hello all! We just picked up 2011 Mini Cooper S convertible today. Hot chocolate exterior with polar beige leather interior. 6 speed manual with convenience package. Used the Costco program and saved several thousand. A little concerned about the AZ sun on the paint, but didn't buy any of the dealer add on's for protection. We were considering a new Dodge Challenger, but couldn't get past the MPG. Look forward to learning from you all.

Welcome! I live in central Phoenix and recently purchased a 2007 MCS. You'll love driving your car! I would love a convertible, but, being a redhead in AZ, I'd be burned to a crisp in 20 minutes.

I've had my Liquid Yellow since 2004 - poor Truman has never been in a real garage. He's an outside car and he looks great.
My paint and stripes have held up really well.
I do use the Mr. Clean car washing thingy to make bath time lots easier. No hard water spots.

My MINI is Chili Red but I always love that Hot Chocolate color! You should check out the Detailing 101 forum for lots of tips on protecting the paint. Zaino waxes and detailing sprays offer UV protection, as do 303 products. They are well worth the money! Welcome and have fun
