Hey guys I hope I didn't confuse you… The H-K system was a separate cost item not included in MINI Connected. the rest of the list surprised me as parts included in the MINI Connected Nav package which was $1,750.

Note that Connected+Nav is $1750 and includes a bunch of equipment, but the center armrest is required and costs $250.00 extra
And no comments on the all-season tires. I plan to get some aftermarket alloys with non-runflats in the Spring

According to my captainjack kidd in his post above as well as my dealer and motoringfile.com the center arm rest is included with mini connected/nav. at no extra cost.
I am surprised you were able to order the Nav. without having to order Auto AC or Premium Package (which includes Auto AC.) In the past you had to order Auto AC with Nav. They made the Nav center console with only one type of AC interface--Auto AC, so you had to order Auto AC if you wanted to order Nav.
Based on ATB's comments I think the required center armrest is a $250 charge but my dealer didn't increase my total cost.
I will clarify with my MA on Monday. Maybe I got some sympathy from my dealer. My original order was a White Silver JCW Clubman with Silver roof and pillars, and black alloy wheels. I built this car on the mini.com configurator but it kicked my order out when the dealer placed the order. Seems you can't order an all white silver JCW with black wheels, you have to add a black roof.

I just checked my order and I was charged $250 for center armrest
I'll check with my M / A monday and see what they tell me.
I was really surprised that I didn't have to order AUTO climate when I ordered MINI Connected with nav.. I'll stick to the manual climate controls

There seems to be wildly disparate pricing for the Mini Connect option!
A few days ago, I placed an order for a JCW with Mini Connect without Nav, and like everyone else, expected to pay $1000 (or $1750 if I wanted it with Nav.). The salesman took my order and emailed me the official order he submitted to Mini/BMW. To my surprise, the price for Mini Connect without Nav had jumped to $2000, and presumably the cost for MC with Nav would be $2750. The order listed $1000 for 6FP - Mini Visual Boost, and ANOTHER $1000 for 6NM - Mini Connected. The only good news was that the Convenience Package that includes the Bluetooth/iPod connection was $750 instead of the usual $1250 since the BT/iPod lists for $500 a la carte and already comes with the Mini Connect.
Obviously I was not happy and called my salesman to inquire. He said he was surprised too and that apparently this was the price. He said it was not the dealership gouging, but the MSRP from Mini/BMW. He said he only discovered this when he submitted the official online order.
Before I forget, the option 473 - Center Arm Rest is a N/C option that is required since it houses the iPhone for the BT.
Can anyone confirm these prices who knows, maybe a salesperson or person is the supply chain? Is this correct, or did my salesman simply screw up the new parts? Like everyone else, I understood the Mini Connect w/o Nav would be $1000, not $2000 (even though it nets to $1500 with the $500 saving for not having to buy the BT/iPod either separately or in the Convenience Pkg.).
I see some of you have what looks like confirmed pricing in your posts. So either your prices are not as certain as you were led to believe, or (I really hope), my quote is very mistaken. Anyone know which is the fact? Thanks!

stu101,
that just doesn't sound right to me… I have an in production printout from the dealer… actually the GM reprinted it for me today cause I added the adaptive Xenon's to my car and my mini connected with nav total is 1750.

Thank you chakram105, the pricing guide is very helpful. When I compared it to the order sheet my salesman sent to me, HIS guide included a charge of $1000 for 6FP - Mini Visual Boost (in addition to the appropriate $1000 for the 6NM - Mini Connected). Your pricing does not list any charge for the 6FP - Visual Boost. Did he include something that does not belong? I know some early cars came (accidentally) equiped with the Visual Boost (without the Mini Connect functionality). Could my salesman have mistakenly combined these two parts?
If it would help, I'd be glad to PM my order sheet to you (if you're willing). I don't want to make a stink about this. On the other hand, I don't want an error of theirs to cost me an extra $1000. Please let me know. Thanks!!

Sure, feel free to send me the order sheet.
Visual Boost is not an USA spec order-able option. In Europe and the UK markets, you can order just visual boost with no mini Connected. But in the US, you have to get MINI Connected or with the NAV. MINI Connected includes the visual boost and comfort bluetooth options, which are not able to be ordered alone. Therefore the 1000 is to include all of that.
A new bulletin has been posted announcing a new options package - ZC2 Convenience Package 2. This package is for orders that include MINI Connected or MINI Connected with NAV and includes options 319, 322, 431 and 521 for a price of $750.

You're 100% right about the Convenience Pkg. My order has it listed as ZC2, includes the options you mention, and costs the $750, just as you said.
And your logic is very clear about the reason why the visual boost should be part of the Mini Connect hardware, AND pricing. This may be easy to straighten out and may be due to having a salesman who got confused at ordering a new part for the first time (my hope and expetation, anyway). Is there some written guidelines for this order that I can show the salesman/dealer that will easily clarify this?
Thank you for offering to look at my order sheet. But since it looks so obvious that you're right, the more productive course seems to be to find something that shows them how to place this order. If I showed you my sheet, I assume you'd just say, "yep, it's as I said ..." So, do you know where I can find something that instructs them on how to do this?
By the way chakram105, thank you so much!
