The beginning of something new
The beginning of something new
Just thought I would check out the site. Got my first Mini about 3 weeks ago and am having a blast with it. Although it is a few years old it is a far cry from my 68 Firebird that I have. The car is a 2003 MIni S 6 spd. and I have to say the power verses mileage is a welcome change. 6 mpg on my other ride makes distance crusing a little difficult
. I figured I would keep my ID that I use on other sites thus the handle. Hopefully I will find some Local clubs for outings soon. If anyone knows of groups in the Charleston SC area please let me know.

Hey DJ, welcome to MINIs and the site! If you click on the Forums page, so you have all the forum options, down near the bottom, you'll see a listing and links to many of the MINI clubs around the country. I"m guessing one of those is in your area!

Lonely in the garage
Yea the Firebird has taken up residency in the back garage (shop) along with the stagnent 31 ford project car. However it does have a clear shot of escape just incase I get the urge to support opec a little more.
