Mine has been sitting at the dock since the 17th. Just got off the phone with Mini, hopefully it will get on a boat soon.

It was finished earlier than I expected, but if it does not get on a ship soon, it will still get here when I originally thought.

I guess this is not what she had in mind . Being in Seattle, I will probably be the last to take delivery . I am glad to see the West Coasters getting off the pier quickly. I am thinking we all will all be taking delivery around the same time....I am betting the Week of August 18th!.....better if sooner though!

 

tennesseemini & speeddeacon... Tom emailed me today saying I'm still at the dock. :-( Asked me to email him Wednesday to check and see if I make it onto a ship by then.

 

Did you guys order from Roadshow BMW in Cordova? I talked to my MA today. He said that he had six come in yesterday. Maybe ours we be on the same ship.

 

Yeah, I am expecting around the 18th as well. But my MA is playing it safe (I think) and saying around Aug 25th.

Boy, You folks have been busy with the posts this last few hours. Thought I'd have a beer and add a post to the lot.

FYI LUXMini, I am on the Turandot. My dealer in Portland Oregon emailed me today and said my mini will probably be ready for pickup during the last week in August. I am guessing (HOPING) earlier too.

 

Brett told me the exact same thing. He said they had 7 en route but mine was not one of them .

As far as I can tell the next boat to leave is KLines Southern Highway on July 25th, arriving Charleston on August 7th. WW has the Courage leaving the 27th but arriving August 6th. Somewhere I think I may have seen that Courage isn't an auto transporter, but that may not be true.

 

Yes, Kimincharge and I ordered from Roadshow. I don't think our cars could be in Charleston by now because the boats that arrived there would have departed before ours were finished in production. Our best bet would have been that they are truly on Caribbean Highway or Figaro and we just don't know it. Doubtful.

 

Just called my MA and found out that I completed production last Friday (18 July). My Clubman is enroute as of the 21st from Oxford to Ipswitch to Bremerhaven to Munich and then finally BMW Euler of Kaiserslautern.

 

Looks like you will be the first of the 29ers to get their MINI...PICS when you take delivery please.

 

ASK-MINI said my Clubman was completed this morning, 7/22. It started production in Week 29, but was completed in Week 30. Does that make me a Week 29er or Week 30er
