Same here. I tried my MA, but he was unable to give me any info about which ship. I also tried putting my VIN in the WW site, but no luck there. Is it the WW or K-line that comes to the West coast?

Well...that's what they say about mine, too. They said it was in the body shop on Thursday, and that paint usually took a full day, then final assembly, so unless it actually went into the body shop on Wednesday, and started paint without an update to the system Thursday sometime, then I'm guessing that the original projected completion date of Monday the 7th is probably accurate. Either way, the most likely day to make the ship is the 12th.

haven't checked how the shipping schedule works, was hoping they ship weekly for each production week. closest port for me would be new york and that's also the shortest trip I believe, anyway its arriving alot sooner then I originally was told by my dealer(mid August)

 

I was supposed to finish production yesterday and am coming to Houston. I might have made the Sierra but am putting my money on the Western Highway.

I would be great to make the Sierra but I won't know until Monday at the earliest as I'll have to call my MA.

 

My MA has been pretty painfully MIA, but I need to get in touch once I find out it's on the ship, so that I can keep his feet to the fire on the dealer-added items. I'm two hours from them, so I don't want to make multiple trips for "delivery."

 

Man, this is killer. The system hasn't updated the status of my car and it says it's still in the paint shop (been checking since Friday) and is scheduled to be complete on July 4th, which was 2 days ago! I really hope it has finished and can make the July 10th boat to the west coast

 

So, we'll all be jammin' ASKMINI at 9:00:01, right?

I been calling ask mini too and been getting the (in the body shop) and its been scheduled for production 2 days ago, OL is ahead of it and saying waiting transportation

Anybody for the west coast showing up on WW tracking yet? Sounds like it doesn't show up until right before they are loaded up, I think our next boat is the 9th.

 

My status JUST changed to "Awaiting Transport"!!!! That just made my weekend! Now to see which boat it can get onto...

 

I am on the Fidelio. It looks like it departs Southhampton tomorrow and arrives in NY on the 17th if I read this correctly.

 

Just learned (from Christa at Ask-Mini) that our Chili Red/Silver Cooper Clubman was completed on July 4th and is at the port now.

My MA at Mini of Sterling is alerted and promises to let me know the ship name and schedule when he has it.

I was just confirmed to have a 4th of July birth date as well. Hope thats a good omen. But then, George Steinbrenner was born on July 4th .

I can now confirm (via the shipper's website) that our Clubman ("Chili Fred" is his name) is also booked on the Fidelio along with your Mini. I hope they have a safe and swift passage.

Just found out my Clubman started production 7/5/08 @ 7:50 am which makes me the runt of week 27. Better last than never I suppose.

I am also now booked on Fidelio. I was on Independence but my car never loaded the vessel. Hopefully it will make this one.

I am in West Windsor, three miles from Princeton Mini. However Princton Mini could not give me a production slot until August (I am not that patient) so I ordered from Morristown Mini. Probably the easiiest sale the MA ever made. On June 17 he said he could get me in week 27 - Sold.

Live halfway between their and Prestige but didn't like Prestige attitude.
My experience with Morristown has been great so far.
My MA was Brian to start but they were busy on day I went to finalize my order and Jerry handled. Both guys have been great so far, Who was your MA?

OK - I've been lurking. I ordered 5/26 in Chicago. Clubman S/SS w/hot choc- all packages, blk stripe - It completed production 7/1 or 6/30 depending on who I get at ASKMini. Doesn't seem to be on a ship yet.
Talk about waiting a long time. I live in TX and will have to have it shipped down (+ 1 week). I'm originally from Chicago and don't have a dealer where I live in TX, plus they made me a deal.....

Well, mine finished production on the 5th, it appears, and is headed to the port for booking on a ship. MAYBE I'll get lucky and hit the Fidelio! Otherwise, it's the 12th on the Patriot, I think.

 

I just checked---not showing up yet. Let's hope Wednesday is our day!
