Hello all,

On Wednesday, I'll be picking up my 08 MCS chilly red with black roof, black bonet stripes, premium pkg, winter pkg and DSC. I sold my 04 Jeep Liberty for a Mini. After test driving one, I couldn't stop smiling. Such a fun car to drive .

I took Thursday and Friday so I can get to know her better . I just have to contain myself for the first 1500 miles. Any tips or suggestions are much appreciated.

Welcome Phil. Just drive and be happy. I hope the weather is nice for your first few days, nothing like cruising in a Mini on a nice spring day. Find a local Mini Club and start gathering with the coolest people around. Again welcome and enjoy.

Congrats! It is so exciting. I get to pick mine up on Thursday! Mine is a (let me see if i can get this right) SS/B MC convertible with premium pck and winter pck. Got to have seat warmers even in Texas!
