We made it too!

Congratulations, Jeremy! I think you've waited the longest for this journey.

Go Turandot!

Doesn't show mine as loaded on yet, but it updated this morning to show that it was booked and received on friday, and it gives the same voyage number. Can it be delayed at this point or am I likely to be on the ship?

Those of you not yet on the boat, it helps if you refresh the site about every other minute...just kidding....I think that just comes with the Mini build process obsession that we are all stricken with.

Best of luck---wouldn't want anyone else sitting at the dock watching ships come and go (as happened to me twice).

In going through the VIN list it looks like all the cars (except one) has been loaded. One vehicle was "withdrawn from vessel".

Rock on!

Thanks in advance.

Go to the W&W website: http://schedule.2wglobal.com/AppTracking/cargoTrack.do Under "Track By" click on "Booking Number". Enter the booking number for our cars: GBSOU610235 Click the "Track" button.

The next screen will show you the VIN numbers of all the cars loaded in Southampton and their current status (click the Next link to scroll through the list).

While on this page, you can click on the Voyage Number: "ED806-TUR" to see the departure and arrival dates for each port on it's journey.

You can not be sure that your MINI is truely on its way until it is listed as "loaded on vessel" and the ship has departed Southampton. My MINI arrived at port on 12/8 and departed 12/17. It showed booked on the Tasco and after the Tasco departed Southampton it showed booked on the Madame Butterfly. The two ships had 700 MINI's between them and arrived at Port Hueneme three days appart. My MINI delivered, 10 days in Phoenix after off loading at Port Hueneme. Just a real world experience on what one can expect. To me the worst part of the trip was after transitioning the canal.

For those interested in tracking the Turandot, it's position on shipais as of last night is here: http://www.shipais.com/showship.php?mmsi=265287000

Nothing shows up yet on sailwx, and the last position it shows is from back in November, so the Turandot may be one of those ships that does not routinely supply weather reports. If that's the case, it may not be possible to get a position update until it shows up in Panama.
