At least we have each other! Heaven knows I'm just getting crazy looks from my coworkers.

And now, as the time approaches for me to hit the road for the evening, if things progress the way they appear to be, I'm going to be relying on you all to continue to post photos. I've got another 1 1/2 hours next to a computer then I'll be away from it until 10pm. ARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH

If we are all this crazy now, imagine what it will be like following Isolde into port.
I still wish they would offer videos of our cars being loaded and the voyage over and then to the VDC. They could make a mint from us. Who wouldn't want a copy of that?

Feel kind of sad for those whose MINIs are done and still waiting in Southampton. We've al lbeen through it, but it's a horrible ache knowing your MINI is out there being exposed to salt air.

Thank God we are almost there on this journey.

I really need to stop looking at the web cam. It almost as if I'm willing the Isolde to appear even though I know it won't until tomorrow...

So... am I the only idiot up at 6am checking the web cams at the Gatun locks?

6:20 am and two medium size container ship in the locks right now. Some ships in the background leading in look like containers as well.

Doesn't that look like a green ship behind the one approaching at Gatun.
Need to take my shower, but can't leave this.:impatient

I think that's the ISolde on the horizon. Look at how large that ship is sideways, and it is white on top.

The green ship that is almost to the south lock right now? I just compared it to a photo - I don't think it is.

The Isolde doesn't have much of a superstructure - should be easy to spot compared to many of the ships going through.

Darn, I wish I had copied the schedule to see what number that cruise ship in the Milalores lock was. It was the Symphony.
Now I can't see that large white ship that was on the horizon.
Took my shower, better feed the dogs and come back in here.
I wonder what time I'll leave to open my shop. Who cares? No one comes there anyway. This is more important.

I know, but I wondered what number Symphony was to see how far ahead she was of the Isolde.

You mean the green and white ship waiting to enter the Gatun locks as of 10:50 am?

1st shot at Gatun

I got a good first shot of her. Also, to show the delay, I grabbed a curent AIS shot. The Hanjin ship, way outside the locks, is the one we see in the other pic with Isolde.
