All Aboard the Don Juan leaving Southampton 12/31/07
Hi all. I'm a new member and getting my first MC in pepper white/chrome line/sport seats/cold weather.
After getting bumped from the Madame Butterfly, looks like I'm now on the Don Juan. This waiting game is agony, but I'm sure it will be worth the wait. Is anyone else on the same boat?

The DON JUAN is in Gothenborg. It won't be long now. Seems to be quite a long gap from the MADAME BUTTERFLY. The MB left Southampton 12/17 and will be going through the canal in a few days. The TASCO and the MADAM BUTTERFLY will be arriving at Port Hueneme within three days of each other and the two ships have about 700 MINIs to offload and process. I am on the MB, I missed the TASCO even though my MINI was at Southampton four days before it departed. Just make sure you recheck your booking after the ship departs Southampton.

Thanks.
It looks like the Don Juan doesn't leave Southampton until 01/03 arriving in Port Hueneme on 01/28. That's really funny now because the Tarifa (the next ship) is scheduled to leave Southampton on 01/07 and arrive in Port Huemene on 01/27-1 day before the Don Juan.
I'm thinking of changing the thread title to read ...Leaving Southampton sometime in 2008!

Even though the Tarifa departs Southampton after the Don Juan, it heads directly to the canal refueling at Manzanillo. The Don Juan has a stop at Galveston before it heads for the canal. The Don Juan will make it from Galveston to Port Hueneme, through the canal, without a need to refuel. This might make it easier to get a good screenshot of your ship going through the locks at the canal. I have been tracking the Tasco and the Madame Butterfly and they have been showing up on ais when expected.
