R53 Chrono Pack - gauge?

Hello all. I bought a 2006 R53 JCW back in May and I have a couple newb questions.

1) The Chrono package is installed. What is the indicator just below the Full mark on the gas gauge (Pic attached)? It's a defined round circle, but has never illuminated. Any ideas?

2) If I activate the left or right turn indicators, they blink - great. If I leave them on and remove the key from the ignition, the outside lamps remain on (not blinking). With the key out and doors locked, flipping the turn signal illuminates the side markers. No 'turn lights off' chiming when the door is opened - is this normal? Can anyone replicate? I don't know if they will go out after 15 minutes or not. Just seemed strange.

That the "you ran the car so low on fuel, you better fill up now light..."
Red line reminds you you are getting low ..
When on " reserve" the light goes on if I recall...think it a gas pump shape in the circle...
Only went that low ONCE in 10 years...

Tip...go below 1/8 regularly, and you will be buying a fuel pump....
They are cooled by being submerged in the fuel...run them nearly dry...they run hot, get weak, and die.

Thanks Zippy! I expected it to be a fuel indicator and intentionally ran it low to see, but probably not low enough.

Any thoughts on the turn signals staying on (solid) when car is turned off and keys removed?

2) Feature for narrow European streets - outside lights remain on to prevent someone from accidentally sideswiping you.

As Eric says. It's in the Owners Manual (look for "Standing Lamps").

Gas Cap Open indicator.
The DIS software allows you to text all the indicators/lights and light them up all at once.
You can also read it at a certain angle.
