R56 Production Week 46 Support Group
Your MA is suppose to give you that...what are they saying?
I had a broker purchase it on my behalf via a free service from my credit union. I'm not sure if they gave it to the broker or not, but last time I talked to him (which was yesterday) he didn't know anything yet. I sent him an email this evening, so we'll see.... Yes I'm probably bugging him, but do I care?

I think he enjoys putting me through misery...
What is an MA, BTW? Sorry...I'm new to this. Even though I've sort of wanted a MINI for the longest time, I only seriously considered buying one about 2 weeks ago. And well, then I placed the order suddenly after a brief discussion with my husband....... We don't regret it though!!

Here is a link below that talks about it.

MA = Motoring Advisor = a car salesman in MINIspeak
If your broker doesn't know your production number, you might be able to call up the dealer they got it from directly and get it, or have the broker do that for you.

I'm catching up!
I just called and my Mini is schedule for completion on Nov. 12, 2007!! Just yesterday it was still marked as "On order" 4 days seems pretty quick to build especially over the weekend.
Anyway I can't wait.

Yeah, the best place for info is the ASK MINI line. The website just doesn't have the granularity that we all want!
I just called and the person I talked to said it was completed and should be going through final QA check today. From there it will be shipped over to the port! Then comes the two week cruise! It'll be here before I know it! Woo hoo!
Has anyone else already started thinking about names?

Well guys, looks like I will be joining you here. My first mini was production 45 but my second mini is production 46. It seems strange because your cars are being produced now and mine hasn't yet since its a new order as of Nov 5. I was assuming production week 47. I'll take it though.
I'm apparently 'In assembly' and scheduled to be finished today. Too bad it's going to be another month until I can drive it (especially since I for some reason added on extraneous fancy bits that'll still have to be installed). It hardly seems fair.
I wish I had a loaner. Then I could go ahead and sell my current car instead of having to try to time it just right.
A person on Ask Mini told me its a 3 week window. I ordered Monday and I'm also week 46.
Hmm, if you guys are Week 46, maybe I'm week 45. Especially since my car is complete and after searching, found out that today is ISO date: 2007-W45-6 (6 being the sixth day of the week). I'm so confused! LOL I guess it doesn't matter, the car will get here when it gets here!

Looks like I'm in Production week 46 as well, my Mini is scheduled to be done on the 12th. I'm embarrassed to say when I ordered it, as I can't pick the durn thing up until January. Looks like my MA put the order in on Wednesday and it's already in the pipe.
Guess I'll hang out here and commiserate with you all
Since my signature isn't showing up ... here's my order.

I'm not
I am a week 45er lurking in week 46. My car is not on a boat yet

I'm pretty sure that this past production week was actually Week 45, however everyone in the Week 45 Support Group post is already on a ship, so they were done last week (Week 44?). I suppose if you really cared you could probably get a definitive answer from a live 866-ASK-MINI human. We know we were in production during the same time frame, so what does it really matter what you call it? Week 45, Week 46, Week Sauerkraut & Eggplant - it's all the same.
